Shipping policy

LTCave is dedicated to making our products accessible to customers worldwide. We offer our services in most countries and regions, catering to diverse shipping requirements. To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your packages, we collaborate with trusted international and domestic express companies and 3PL warehouse services.

Shipping Fee

We provide free shipping to the local warehouse. Customer may use the 3PL warehouse services via our platform. We provide customer services to assist customer to track all the parcels. However, select countries may incur shipping charges. For accurate information, please refer to the checkout page.   

Order Processing & Shipping Time

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). We will carefully choose the most suitable shipping method for your order, including options for semi-express and express delivery, with an estimated arrival time of approximately 7-12 days.

Preorder / In Stock

If your order contains both in-stock items and preorder items with release dates delayed by more than 30 days, we will ship the available items first. The additional shipping fees will be covered by LTCave.

In cases where there are sufficient incoming orders to support the extra shipping cost, even if all items are set to be released within 30 days, we will consider splitting the shipment and adjusting the shipping schedule accordingly.

Customs Duties & VAT

Certain countries impose customs duties and VAT on goods imported from China. LTCave takes responsibility for any additional taxes and fees applied by your government to facilitate the delivery of your package. Customers only need to pay for the product and shipping costs, and LTCave covers the customs duties and VAT. However, please note that customers may be required to pay additional fees in accordance with the specific policies of the destination country or its residents.

Tracking Your Order

If you have an LTCave account, you can monitor the status of your order at any time. Most of the tracking information will be displayed on your order. You can use either https://www.17track.net/ or https://www.track718.us/ to track your package.

The property right transfers to the buyer upon delivery, as indicated by our tracking system. The buyer assumes the risk after delivery unless they can provide evidence of a wrong delivery caused by Locker Toys' fault.

For orders that have not received any tracking updates for more than 4 days after being shipped out, we will investigate the issue and prompt the delivery company to provide the necessary updates.

Customer Service

Once the item is released and arrives at our warehouse, we will promptly send it to the customer's provided address. If there are any changes to the address, please inform us immediately via email at cs@lockertoys.com.
