Refund policy
1. LTcave has right to change the production information in the website due to changing from the producer.
- Any order in the website will be viewed as confirmed contract.
- No refund for prepaid of preorder items unless it delays over 12 months from the official estimated date announced.
2. All products and services cannot be refunded if there is no any mistake of both party (Seller and Customer)
- The estimated release date (on product page) is provided by the producer, sometime items will be delay more then 3 months. Buyer may accept delay caused by producer. However, we accept cash refund if delay over 12 months.
- We can accept order refunded by LT-points in equivalent amount. LT-points can used for any product purchasing in LTcave.com
In emergence situation, we can do the cash refund but there is 10% admin fee.
3. The property right will be transferred to buyer after delivered (Base on the tracking system). Buyer must bear the risk of after delivered unless buyer can provide evidence of wrong delivery caused by the fault of LTcave. Once the delivery information have been changed by customer during the transportation, it is the business between customer and last mile company. Please make sure you can follow the parcel and works with the last mile company.
4. When the item is released and arrived to our warehouse, we will send them to customers directly according to provided address. If there is any address changing please inform us immediately by email: cs@ltcave.com
5. Customer can apply the After Sales Service within 30 days when product is received, but not for improper use. The details of after sales services is according to our After Sales Policy.
Products are made with precision. Brute force may lead to a damage or fall of parts.
Any breakage during play will not be available for after sales services. All cases will be reviewed case by case. Should any items arrive with defects, please retain all packing materials and products for further arrangement.
Product Quality Disclaimer
Please note that our products may not meet every customer's exact expectations. The following conditions are not covered under our after-sales service:
- Color variations (including inconsistent thickness, shade, or tone)
- Minor stains on small areas
- Variations in gaps between parts/components
- Detached parts (can be reattached with glue)
- Differences in accessory tightness/fit
6. LT-Points Ownership:
Points granted by LTcave, aside from those purchased by customers, are considered the property of LTcave. In the event that a customer terminates their account, the ownership of these points remains with LTcave.
7. Beside above situation all products and services cannot be canceled and refunded as cash if there is no any mistake of seller's information. (E.G wrong inventory amount / wrong sku etc.)

In emergence situation, we can resell your credit to others for helping you get back the cash but there is 10% admin fee.
