Our warehouse will only ship items under the following conditions:

1. Upon receiving the customer's shipping instructions.
2. If the items have remained unshipped for over 30 days.
3. Large parcels (20 kg or above) will be shipped individually.

* If you are unable to locate any tracking information using the provided tracking number, please attempt a subsequent search by selecting WANB or Global Speed Link or UNI or UBI (FOR JAPAN) as the carrier.

If it is showing SF / SFxxxxx that means we are processing the upgrading service to you. The tracking number will be shown 1-2 days later.

For orders that have not received any tracking updates for more than 4 days after being shipped out, please contact customer service team to report via cs@ltcave.com

We will investigate the issue and prompt the delivery company to provide the necessary updates.

For preorder items, the estimated release date (on product page) is provided by the producer, sometime items will be delay more then 3 months.

Buyer may accept delay caused by producer.

However, we accept cash refund if delay over 12 months. 

Beside above situation all products and services cannot be canceled and refunded as cash if there is no any mistake of seller's information. (E.G wrong inventory amount / wrong sku etc.)

We can accept order refunded by LT-points in equivalent amount. LT-points can used for any product purchasing in LTcave.com

In emergence situation, we can help you get back the cash but there is 10% admin fee of full order amount.

If the balance due under a booking or reservation is not paid in full by the specified payment date, the Company shall issue an invoice/billing notice by email to the Customer.

Upon the Company having sent three (3) separate email notifications, and where forty-five (45) days or more have elapsed from the date of the first email notification and the outstanding balance remains unpaid, the Company shall be entitled to treat the relevant reservation/booking as forfeited and released. The deposit paid shall be non-refundable and forfeited in accordance with this policy.

In the event of such forfeiture and release, the Company may, without further notice to the Customer, resell the relevant goods/products to third parties.

We provide customer services to assist customer to track all the parcels. However, selected countries may incur shipping charges. For accurate information, please refer to the checkout page.   

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). We will carefully choose the most suitable shipping method for your order, including options for semi-express and express delivery, with an estimated arrival time of approximately 7-15 days.

The lead time for the first mile (to the destination country) is approximately 7 days. The last mile delivery (handled by the local postal service) depends on the local postal company & weather but will take no more than 10 days.

Customer will receive an email notification once the order has been shipped and LTcave will track the shipments for 30 days after dispatch date.

If there are any issues with the package more than 15days after shipping, customers can contact customer service team to report via cs@ltcave.com

Unreported delivery issues after 30 days will be considered as successful delivery.

Some area such as Hawaii, Alaska &Guam will be viewed outer zone: +$30 shipping fee - Express service with taxes included

VAT/taxes are included in the listed price. However, the customs department may have the right to review the case.

Products are made with precision. Brute force may lead to a damage or fall of parts. 

Any breakage during using will not be available for after sales services. All cases will be reviewed case by case. Should any items arrive with defects, please retain all packing materials and products for further arrangement.

Please note that our products may not meet every customer's exact expectations. The following conditions are not covered under our after-sales service:

1. Color variations (including inconsistent thickness, shade, or tone)
2. Minor stains on small areas
3. Variations in gaps between parts/components
4. Detached parts (can be reattached with glue)
5. Differences in accessory tightness/fit

Based on probabilistic quality assessment, the brand’s decision to provide after-sales service depends on the number of service requests made by the customer. If a customer submits multiple after-sales requests for the same brand, it indicates that the brand’s quality control does not meet the customer’s expectations. Our store therefore recommends that the customer stop purchasing products from that brand.
