We’re excited to announce the launch of our new dispatching system for customers!

With this system, customers will be able to view real-time updates on release times announced by each brand directly on our platform and decide how they’d like their parcels to be shipped. If a parcel meets a certain weight threshold, it will be automatically upgraded to express delivery — free of charge.
This will increase transparency while preventing situations where customers receive their packages without being prepared due to long product production times. It will also reduce the communication time between us, the brands, and the warehouse, allowing customers to enjoy better service. In the future, we also plan to pass on cost savings back to our customers.
Our warehouse will only ship items under the following conditions:
- Upon receiving the customer's shipping instructions.
- If the items have remained unshipped for over 30 days.
- Large parcels (20 kg or above) will be shipped individually.
